The creative team behind this cafe really has interesting concept and put a lot of efforts to create their food and beverages. Every dishes and drinks here has stories behind which affecting their presentation.

Coconut Cold Brew
The World’s first coconut cold brew specialist, Montana has created their own signature coconut cold brews by steeping ground coffee in coconut water. The result: a complex, refreshing coffee with a hint of sweetness from the coconut water. They currently have 4 flavours: Regular, Gula Melaka, Yuzu and Kahlua.
Featured on the photo is the Regular Coconut Cold Brew. Coconut cold brew served with coconut ice sphere, light sweetness, with hint of coconut and a smooth soft finish.
If you are not really a fan of coffee, this is not too strong for you. It’s subtle coffee flavour and less sweet, you can taste more of coconut water. Served in a unique way with laboratory glass and low glass resemblaces the ice sphere itself. The way to enjoy it: you have to pour bit by bit to taste the fresh brew.

Five Spice Pulled Pork Burger
Char Siew sauce, choya pickled daikon, japanese mayo, served with fries.
The pulled pork meat is very tender and well marinated. There is some sweetness came from the pork meat. It’ really a fusion gourmet burger.
Braised Beef Cheek with Carrot Kimchi
Served with sweet potato and potato mash, free-range poached egg and wholemeal toast on site.
If you are looking for comfort food, this dish is probably what are you looking for. It’s the combination of sweet and savoury from braised beef cheek and also a bit of spicy and sour from carrot kimchi. Everything perfectly mixed and it tasted so good!
The braised cheek is very tender and tasty and i love how sweet potato and be mixed with common potato creating a unique flavour.
It’s one of their all-day brunch menu.
Peking Chicken Confit with Waffle
Five spice chicken confit, chive waffle, served with smoked ginger plum coleslaw and smoked ginger plum sauce.
Coconut Cold Brew Gula Melaka
Coconut cold brew with gula melaka, lush notes of caramel, toasted nuts.
The cakes are prepared on the spot with limited quantity daily. It’s so fresh until they recommend to enjoy it as soon as it served. And not recommended to take away.
Available flavour: Red Velvet Cream Cheese, Caramel Cookie Butter, Coffee Kaya Coconut, Matcha Black Sesame, Smoky Nutella. All freak cakes appearance are very interesting and instagram worthy.
Caramel Cookie Butter
Made from vanilla sponge cake, cookie butter buttercream with salted caramel glaze.
Look at that melted caramel, yum! And also those sweets topping, it really looks like a masterpiece. The cake is so fluffy with sweet buttercream and salted caramel to balance the sweetness.

Matcha Black Sesame
Matcha sponge cake, black sesame frosting, matcha buttercream with black sesame glaze. This is my favourite, because i love both matcha and black sesame! The cake is so soft until melted in mouth and it’s not overly sweet. The smell of black sesame add balance to sweet matcha buttercream, everything so perfect together. Recommended this when you have chance to visit.
