This week i was trying one of green smoothies recipe again.. 🙂
Yap, think should make it as a habbit, to maintain beauty and health..
And i am not bluffing or lying, the taste of this green smoothies is really good.. Hmmm maybe because the combianation within fruit and vegie is also good, i heard only some vegie (non-carbo) can combine with fruit.
Yap here is the ingredients:
Orange Juice (better if you can squeeze the fresh one…)
Voilaaa… All mixed become this colour.
If you are afraid of green colour of the smoothies, maybe you can try this recipe.
Think blueberries make this smoothie become purplish colour like this.. 🙂

STRAWBERRY, BANANA, BLUEBERRY
This smoothie is full of iron, potassium, vitamin C, and antioxidants.
2 cups spinach, fresh
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
– Serves 2 –
Blend spinach, orange juice and water until smooth. Next add the remaining fruits and blend again.
This smoothies taste good also like my first smoothie recipe i tried (Read green-smoothies-pinacolada), but i still can smell banana pretty strong (hmmm dunno why i am not really into banana, LOL) and make my tummy really full.. For those who like banana, mybe this can be meal replacement.. Whole morning my tummy really full after drinking this smoothies.. Well, i still prefer my first green smoothies, which is very GREEN and more fresh with those pinneaple.
Ok, next time trying other recipe.. 🙂
Just ended this week with exercise.. Swimming 15 laps yesterday for 45mins and swim 20 laps today for 1hr. Jia you.. ^.^
