My Levi’s Spring/Summer Style – Part 3

My 3rd style for the Levi’s Spring/Summer collection jeans. And here we present… the Pink Geek.

Folded up my pink tinted white Levi’s jeans a little bit further up to my calves and paired them with red socks and turtleshell geeky glasses for added quirkiness. A simple, loose fitting, long sleeve tee to finish up the schoolgirl look.

Now let us settle down to do some work and continue blogging!

I always thought that Levi’s meant neutrals and basics and simple tees and jeans. I was trying to show myself the versatility of Levi’s apparels throughout these series of posts. And yes, Along with the newer styles of Levi’s, and even their signature 501s that have been around for generations, they are versatile and fits in very well with all “patterns” of me! They have now become my wardrobe basics!

And the next post on Levi’s style is a Mod Inspired look. Must read okie!

Appeal: Adopter For A Sweet Cat

“All I wish for is a home where I can be protected and feel loved…

I have been abandoned by my previous owners and left to fend for myself on the streets. I was constantly bullied by the other cats and I live in fear everyday.

One day I met with an accident that left me with a broken front leg. I have gone thru surgery and is now on the road to recovery.

I’m a very sweet, tame and gentle cat. I am a male cat and has been neutered. I am estimated to be 2-3 years old and is also toilet trained. I love belly rubs, is very affectionate and well-behaved.

Will you adopt me and care for me for the rest of my life? If you are unable to, please share this out so that I can find a home soon. All I wish for is a home where I can be protected and feel loved…

My very kind friend rescued an injured cat and she has raised money and brought the cat for leg surgery and the very cute cat is already on the way to recovery. The care-giver cannot keep the cat for too long and so my friend is looking for kind souls to adopt the cat and to give kitty a forever home.

My Levi’s Spring/Summer Style – Part 2

I haven’t had a pair of straight cut jeans for the longest time, because most girls, including me, would think that skinny or tight-fit jeans might flatter the body more. I think this pair of Levi’s straight cut jeans from their Spring/Summer collections is first my pair of straight cuts since my secondary school days!

My second look for Levi’s Spring/Summer collection… Japanese Inspired.

Folded up my jeans that was paired with my boots to add a little street style.

Anyway, I fell in love with straight cuts all over again just for the plain fact that they are so comfortable. Adds that little bit of boyish-ness to any look.

And so Jon and I began our Saturday date to do some shopping and to meet up with friends over dinner last weekend.

Shopping at one of my favourite shopping hunts. So easy to guess right!

Two hungry hippos gotta eat something in between meals. We went to our favourite tea place but the queue was so long. We settled for the second best then! Got to fill our stomaches with something before the dinner at 7pm so that we don’t die~~~~~

Yay, filled our stomaches, bought all the things we needed and ran all the errands that we had to!

And finally we met up with our little gang for a scrumptious dinner! And please meet my super adorable god-daughter, Carrie Huang! (I kept smelling her head because she had that baby smell… So nice! Hahaha….)

The greatest weekends are often the ones spent with people we love…

My Levi’s Spring/Summer Style – Part 1

Levi’s Spring/Summer Collection 2013 showcases their basic blue jeans together with a variety of colourful pieces. It is something new to me because prior to this, I always thought that Levi’s are filled with basic neutral colours only.

I will be styling myself with Levi’s apparels for different looks in this post and my upcoming few posts.

White jeans that is made unique with the pink undertones. Candy sweet.

Dressed myself up for a date out with Jon Jon and had some tea and cakes before going for a movie!

Shopping time! I will never have too many pairs of shoes… right? right?

And this white peplum tube top goes well with my jeans too doesn’t it?

Dinner time with Jon and his family! Patiently waiting for a seat…

I love this pair of jeans that I picked out from their S/S collection. The sales consultant did a custom fitting for me, taking my waist and hip measurements to find me suitable jeans that fits me. I was deciding between this pair of white with pink undertones and another pair with purple undertones. Both pairs are really pretty and sweet and are very versatile. Jon insist that this pink pair is nice if I really have to pick one (good thing that he made the decision for me, if not I’ll be standing in the store the whole day I think! Haha!)

I received a call from Ruilong some time back and got informed that I was one of the finalist for Levi’s 501 Interpretaion and all the finalists will be meeting up at 313′s Levi’s store the next day! So glad to see the familiar faces and meeting new friends.

Bio-essence – The Royal Jelly & ATP Shape V Face Series.

When this Bioessence V Face series first appeared in the market years ago, I went to get myself a tub because my dear goddess Vivian Hsu was fronting it. Deep Exfoliating Gel with Royal Jelly + ATP

Place a sufficient amount on your face.

Rub gently in circular motion until small flakes of dead skin and dirt appears. Rinse off with water and wash skin with cleanser. Do make sure that your skin is very dry when using this.

Product Efficacies:
- Exfoliates black heads and white heads painlessly
- Exfoliates layers of dead skin for better product absorption
- Brightens dull skin, makes dry and rough skin softer and smoother

Complexion is fairer and smoother after the dead skin is removed. It is gentle enough to be used daily, however, I only exfoliate my skin twice to three times a week. I’m worried of over-exfoliation that might irritate my skin. I think you can choose to do gentle exfoliation daily, if you know that your skin is ok with it. If not I think it might be better to stick to twice or thrice a week. And oh yes, skin absorbs products better and makeup sits better on smoother skin.

Radiant Youth Essence with Royal Jelly + ATP

Texture is like baby oil, but a little lighter.

Product Efficacies:
- Absorbs into the skin rapidly to intensively moisturize and nourish the skin to make it soft and smooth
- Hydrates skin and locks in moisture
- Prevents dryness and keeps skin supple
- Protects skin against harmful oxidants
- Reduce signs of aging

Can you see the glow of the essence on my skin? It feels oily upon application but after massaging the product was absorbed into the skin and left a velvety texture. Do let the product be fully absorbed before applying the next product.

I got dry skin, and therefore I like this product a lot. I used its earlier versions before this one too. But because of its oily nature, many ladies with oiler skin may not fancy this as it might be a little too heavy. Works well for my dry skin though! I like how well it moisturizes my skin and keeps it hydrated. I do my upward massage as well with it to prevent sagging!

Face Lifting Cream with Royal Jelly + ATP

I guess this Face Lifting Cream needs no introduction! One of the most popular products.
