Here’s part 2 of my post… hehehe… I know I took very long… ;p
I stopped at Dear Dear and I ordering room service for a late lunch and watching a in-house movie, and here we go from there…
We headed for a walk in the MBS Shoppes and decided to head straight to the Skypark after that! I couldn’t wait to see the infinity pool!
Perched on the 57th floor with a beautiful CBD view… How beautiful can it get?

We took really long to get into the pool… It was raining in the afternoon and the water was so cold and it was already evening time with no sunlight to warm us. I was just sitting by the edge and refusing to enter the pool when Dear had already swam right to the end for a good view. Then…. my Dear just gave a me pull and there! I was inside! So cold!!! And then both of us felt so cold and didn’t dared to move.. hahahaha… I’m so pathetic…
But of course, we swam around and parked ourselves at the edge for the beautiful view. Swimming around actually made me feel warmer. I was looking at two ang moh kids playing and jumping in and out of the pool and wondering why don’t they feel cold at all! Dear and I are so weak… hahahah!
No orangey sunset that evening, it was greyish and cold but still a beautiful sight to behold. We didn’t stay for too long, I didn’t want to fall sick, and so we headed up to dry ourselves on the suntanning chairs…. Towels were provided. We didn’t even need to bring towels from our hotel room.

Little feet, big feet…. Guess which is mine…

Didn’t take many photos that evening, we went up again the next morning again! More pics later..
We went back to the hotel room for a shower and got dressed up for dinner. There were so many restaurants at MBS and we took a long while to decide to go to Hide Yamamoto. The food is good! But the portion is quite small and its very expensive. I don’t mind paying more for good food but hmm… It isn’t that fantastic for the price, I think. (No photos here! Left my camera in the room!)
Both Dear and I do not know how to play all the gambling games in the casino but we wanted to take a look at it. I’m very stingy so Dear paid the levy for me. See? I haven’t even play anything and I already lose $100. So unfair right?! And 2 of us makes it $200!!!! Ouch!! I ouch for Dear’s pocket!
Brrrr….. But since we’re inside, we got some chips and tried out the games. Sigh…. Both of us were standing at the different tables, trying to figure out how the game works… The “big” “small” ones are relatively simpler so I started (and ended) with it! Of course I lost! I really don’t understand gambling.
Dear’s slightly (only slightly!) better than me. He won some at the “big” “small” game and went on to try the “3Pictures” game. Won and lost and won and lost and after cycles…. Lost. And hence it ends our casino night. We were laughing at ourselves after that. But it was an eye opener for us!
We laughed and walked back to our room and washed up and watched TV in the cosy room. And very soon, we started feeling hungry. I told you the portion for our dinner was very small right? Hahahaha….. Even for a small eater like me I was already feeling hungry just when the clock passed midnight! We needed supper but was lazy to move out to hunt for food already. So? Call for in-room dining AGAIN. Hahahah… Ouch on the pocket!! hahahaha…

The server set up the table for us painstakingly. But eh? Where’s the food?
(Who’s that sneaky person playing with the curtain controls in the corner of the room ah???)

Ta-da!!! We had to do the “sit on the floor and eat” stunt again.. hahahah…. Refer to Part 1 if you don’t know what I’m referring to… muahahahah….
Dear’s Mee Goreng and my creamy pasta!!
Had a scrumptious meal and we fell asleep very fast after that! We were both very tired!!!
I’ll blog a Part 3 okie by these 2 days ya? Part 3 will be the morning’s breakfast and swimming at the Infinity Pool again before checking out! The pool pictures with the morning sun are beautiful! Gimme another day or 2! Muacks!!
