Friday Night
I was looking forward to the Vesak Day holiday to have a good sleep till the afternoon! Had a very good rest and Dear Dear went to buy lunch (at 4plus in the afternoon… so maybe we call it tea time? haha..) for me. I had my favourite pasta from the Sengkang market! They really got very good pasta and a there’s a wide variety to choose from!!
And since I’ve no work to do for the next few days I joined Dear Dear in his mahjong session at Ezane’s friend’s place. No… I’m not playing, I’m always watching. Dear Dear just taught me how to play the game last year and i’m very bad at it. And with the lack of practice, I’m losing all the time so I decided that the best strategy is to either watch Dear Dear play and learn the game first, or to play Viwawa! Hahaha….

A pic we took in the lift before heading out! heh!
Btw, that Crystal is really rude… and super 霸道!!!
Saturday
Saturday was the day to go watch Sugie’s performance! He acted and sang so well at “Liao Zhai Rocks!” the other time and so I was looking forward to watch his new play on Saturday! Woke up really late again and got Dear Dear to call Sugie to ask him what time was his show at. Diaoz~~ we woke up at around 2pm and Sugie said the afternoon show was at 3pm! Oopss! It will be impossible to reach there on time! But luckily, Sugie got us complimentary tickets for the evening show! I’m so glad I didn’t miss it!!
Dear Dear and I headed to the Expo earlier to go to the “Licence 2 Play” fair to get good deals for a TV. Actually, it was Sugie who SMSed Dear Dear to tell him to head down to grab the 42″ TV. I was telling Dear Dear that Sugie must have buay tahan-ed our TV for the longest time to alert us to go to the fair… hahahahh! But anyway we headed there and got a good deal! A 42″ Toshiba TV for $999, inclusive of delivery and setting up! So happy!! But it will only be delivered to us this coming Friday. Yeah!!!!!
We didn’t expect to finish our TV shopping so fast so we still had a lot of time on our hands before the start of the show. Then, we discovered that there’s a food fair there! And what do you think we did? Hahaha.. of course we headed to grab some nom noms! Yummy! I was too busy with the food for me to go snapping away. Furthermore, it was super crowded!! We had our fill and of course, for the rest of the evening, both of us smelled like walking food courts…. zzzz…
