Dissolve Amino Collagen in your favourite cold or hot drink (fruit juices go best).
- Place a spoonful into a cup.
- Add your choice of beverage.
- Stir until the powder dissolves completely and enjoy.
1 spoonful everyday (anytime of the day)
Widely known for their collagen, I have heard many people raving about it even before I received the product for a review. I like that there is a spoon provided for you to measure the right amount. Able to choose between a bag packaging (which is a month’s refill) or a tin packaging, I guess the tin packaging would have been a better option. In a powder form, the powder itself is actually odourless but when mixed with a beverage, there will be a fishy smell. When dissolving into a cold beverage you might find that the power will not dissolve completely and this is perfectly normal.
It is recommended that you mix this collagen powder with a favourite drink of your choice so that it musks the fishy taste and smell. Having tried it with milo and ribena I dare to say it doesn’t taste that bad and actually taste ok. I am the kind to actually go for the benefits so the taste or smell doesn’t affect me that much.
Usually I consume the collagen drink before going to bed. Having completed about 2 weeks, I have found that my bowel movement has improved and I have lesser constipation issues. For the skin wise, I have not seen a significant difference but I do realised I have lesser breakouts maybe because my bowel movement has improved thats why.
