Michelin-starred Mak’s Noodle, famous for its classic springy noodles paired with wontons bursting with perfectly seasoned tender prawn has launched a new menu in Singapore!
“THE BIGGER, THE BETTER!”
This Chinese New Year 2017, Mak’s Noodle has introduced 5 new dishes:
- Braised Abalone and Dumpling Tossed Longevity Noodle $14.80
- Prosperity King Prawn Tossed Noodle $13.80 (Available only at Centrepoint)
- Shiitake Mushroom and Fresh Prawn Wonton Noodle Soup $7.90
- Shiitake Mushroom and Fresh Prawn Wonton Tossed Noodle Soup $8.80
- Vegetable in Soup $5.80
The new items are additions to the current 29 items in the menu HERE
Cooked to precise perfection, the abalone and shiitake mushroom present a succulent and flavorful companion to the thin and springy noodles. Using only the freshest ingredients means the prawns are firm and sweet. Vegetables (Hong Kong Kailan or Chye Xin) are stewed in a special stock with more stems used than leaves so to absorb more flavor from the stock essence.
With you hungry eaters out there, your voices are heard. Mak’s Noodle has decided to upsize their noodle portion for these 4 new items.
