After being to London Weight Management…

It was a great session yesterday at London Weight Management. The whole treatment took about 3 hours. All the way from the consultation, to the service, to the treatments, to the facilities. It was top class. I can say that I am very impressed. All the minor details are looked after so well. I will set aside a full post to talk about the whole thing. This post is just some things that I learnt through my session at London Weight Management.

During my consultation, it was like a interview of my lifestyle and what I ate and like to eat. I realized that I was so busy finding out what make up to apply, what skin care products to use and what brand of nice clothes, shoes and bags to wear that I forgot about what you eat is actually very important part of being beautiful and achieving great health, skin, hair, nails…etc.

So I’m here to do some research and to share which are the Top Beauty Foods

Wild Salmon: A primo source for Omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce skin inflammation, preventing redness, wrinkles and loss of firmness. It’s also potent in antioxidants and vitamins B and D.

Low Fat Yogurt: In one word, calcium. Good for strong bones, nails and teeth. One cup of plain low-fat yogurt has more calcium than a glass of skim milk.

Oysters: The best source of zinc. Zinc helps build collagen, which supports the structure of skin and speeds up renewal and repair.

Blueberries: Full of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that prevent long term cell damage.

Kiwi fruit: Good source of antioxidants, Kiwis are also a great source of vitamin C and potassium, all which help prevent wrinkles.

Spinach: This nutrient-dense leafy green is a great source of beta-carotene and lutein, which protects the eyes.

Tomatoes: Major source of lycopene, a potent antioxidant also thought to protect against sunburn.

Dark Chocolate: Full of antioxidants and nutrients, cocoa(choose chocolate with at least 60 percent cocoa) increases blood flow to the skin, which in turn boosts hydration, smoothness and protection against sun exposure.

Hope you learnt something too 🙂  I will start making food at home that consist more of these food.
