10 Benefits of Yoga


I used to do normal Yoga and hot yoga on and off previously before my pregnancy. Time seriously fly by even faster when you have kids. Jack is 8 months old now and he is crawling everywhere. Here is one pic of him taken recently…

Anyway back to the topic, I have been wanting to go back into my fitness routine but it’s just so difficult with the time constrain. I know it isn’t an excuse so I am going to put in more effort to input regular exercise as part of my lifestyle.

Here today, I am researching about the benefits of Yoga, firstly to remind myself of why I should start doing it again and share the benefits with you if you haven’t already know some of them.

However, very often, yoga is only partially understood as being limited to asanas (yoga poses). As such, its benefits are only perceived to be at the body level and we fail to realize the immense benefits yoga offers in uniting the body, mind and breath.
