Pilates Bodytree X Dreamgirls
Visited one of Pilates BodyTree ‘s studio located at Parkway Centre with the dreamgirls last saturday. Still remembering myself telling Valerie that I was super excited for Pilates lesson as I always wanted to give these kind of exercises a try!
Pilates allows you to develop your core strength, flexibility, improving of posture, increased muscle strength and endurance level. It is a system of exercises designed to strengthen and stretch the body in a way that encourages coordination between the muscles that stabilize the body.
While waiting for the rest of the girls to arrive, a few of us bimbos again.
& lets take a look at the surrounding. There are equipment well organised for usage during the lesson.
There are also stations around the corner for the different kind of exercises / classes.

During the lesson, we were accompanied with some professional trainers.Vera Chung did the demonstration of the posture, Priscilla was explaining every single posture and benefits and Tim Hou was there for guidance.
Because the stress that I was feeling, i didn’t take any pictures during the class. As I’m trying very hard to remember every single posture that was taught for my “test” later on. Spend sometime practicing, realise that I actually had a hard time trying to even touch the floor. My inflexibility level and core strength really dame bad. I did try pushing myself to the maximum that I could, but still I’m still stuck there. I kinda hate myself . LOL .
But special thanks to all instructors for guiding me on the posture and also trying to keep me motivated for not giving up (:
