The themes of Escape Rooms are based on History, which means, real life events. It really happen before. & let’s see how smart you are. I can say, I am pretty smart. Cause I only manage to open a lock. My friends were smarter.
There are different difficulty levels for each game. My group of monkey friends and I played Castiglione. Castiglione are about 12 zodiac head statues that was designed by Giuseppe Castiglione for QianLong Emperor during the midst of Second Opium War. These 12 zodiac head statues miraculously disappeared from the Imperial Summer Palace. So, our task was to find out where these statues were with the hidden clues around the room. (YOU’VE TO FIGURE OUT THE CLUES YOURSELF)
Just touch everything that you should, maybe you can find some clues there. But please follow instructions. There were obviously some gadgets/items that are not allowed to touch. So, just leave them out. The friendly staffs will instruct you about everything before leaving you in the room. So, you’re not totally clueless actually. Hahahah.
Don’t you think that the person who created these are very smart? You’ll be surprise!
Maybe we are not as smart as we think, my advice to you is “Don’t need to think too out of the box, because you will make yourself even more confuse. Be smart, but not too smart. “I’m sorry, but some of the clues and answers are just right before your eyes. You will be like, argh ! But Castiglione was fun, we were all laughing at one another because all of us was trying so hard to figure out for the correct answers, but end up, always giving stupid answers.
You cannot google, you cannot call your friends (outside) on the phone to see if anyone knows. All your belongings were locked inside the locker provided before you enter the room. So, helpless. The only thing that we were given was torch lights and ourselves.
Time given was only 75 minutes and, sadly, we were stuck at stage 3. Overall, the experience was great.
Just around Lost Singapore’s outlet, there are many pictures being pinned up. Did you see my picture anywhere? If your team are able to finish the escape rooms within the criteria given, your picture will be pinned on their wall of fame!
There are also number of posters around their outlets, showing the different themes that they have.
After the brain cracking session at LOST Singapore, we went over to the Hideout by Trivage, which is just next door! A complimentary hour ~ the rooms are big enough to fit all of you, just look at my group of monkey friends. Once they stepped in, it’s like their own house. They make themselves so comfortable and start “lepaking” while the staffs there sets up our console game.
Hideout by Trivage is a room whereby you are allow to make lots of noise while gathering, playing some consoles or board games, or when you just need somewhere quiet to hide or study. If you need some snacks, they have them too!
After a day of enjoyment, Thank you Lost Singapore for having us! We did enjoy ourselves ^^
You can check out the deals that Hideout has here.
If you are a student, no worries, they have special deals for you too!
