Weekend Vibes Lookbook + Giveaway

Rainy days are getting into me, a lot of my plans, meet-ups and shoots were cancelled as a result. Thanks to the weather, it has given me a good excuse to explore my neighbourhood. Today, I wore a beautiful piece from Hong Kong brand, Myaleshia, to chase away the rainy season blues.

Myaleshia – Juliet Blue Dress

The cut of this dress is made for me; it’s easy to slip in and has a back design that you can’t help but fall in love with. I was a bit worried about the quality but it turns out to be nothing you should worry about. Material is soft, non-sheer and comfortable on the skin.

Honestly, I think this dress can be worn for events too.

The weather has been erratic lately; it could be sunny a moment and then there’s a downpour along the next stretch of road. For sunny days, I never miss having a pair of shades to help me hide from the glare and protect my eyes.

I’m pretty obsessed with this pair of new shades from eGG Optical for its versatility. Coffee fans, read till the end for an awesome giveaway!

This weekend I was introduced to this liquid goodness from Cafédirect – Machu Picchu Terroir Freeze Dried Instant Coffee

  • Why you’ll like it
  • A more intense and rich coffee flavours with dark chocolate overtones
  • Quality coffee bean from Machu Picchu high mountains in Peru
  • Fast and fuss-free: ready to drink simply by adding water
  • Cafédirect is a leading social enterprise which supports fair trade. They give 50% of the profits back to the growers and aim to improve the grower’s livelihood. Indirectly, you will also be helping the coffee growers with every purchase!

I am a novice coffee drinker who prefers latte and cappuccino, so I adjusted the flavour according to my liking. Sharing my personal recipe for you who loves your coffee sweet too – 1 teaspoon of Cafédirect’s freeze dried instant coffee, 2 teaspoons of CoffeeMate Creamer, Milkmaid Condensed Milk (amount dependent on how sweet you like your coffee) and 200-250ml of hot water.
