It might happen that you’ve been raised in the spirit of breakfast being the most important meal of the day. That’s a common conception, but it is also true. Not eating in the morning is the main culprit of lacking any energy whatsoever throughout the day.

Have a vitamin and protein-rich breakfast. Fruits, oatmeal, cereals, and salads, for example, or the classic toast and tea. Everything will do as long as it’s healthy and you eat it. First of all, having no breakfast is a potential threat to your overall health, especially when drinking coffee on an empty stomach is involved. Skipping this meal can get you some pretty nasty stomach diseases.

Expressing love isn’t only a verbal act. It doesn’t only produce smiles, but also releases hormones into your body that will get you through the day. Ever wondered why you feel so good when somebody says “I love you!”?
