[SG EATS] The Bird Southern Table And Bar Restaurant “ Yardbird” At Marina Bay Sands (MBS)

My first taste of “The Bird” or “Yardbird” was on last year’s Epicurean Market. One year later I am here in their first outlet in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore checking out the some of the dishes from the menu. The Bird Southern Table & Bar is under Restaurateur John Kunkel’s award-winning restaurant group. The have a sophisticated space with rustic charm and using white brick walls on their interior décor. We were seated at level 2 facing the walk path of Marina Bay Sands. Diners can choose to dine outdoor as well. [SG EATS] Chef Wan’s Kitchen At Esplanade Mall

Chef Wan is back to Singapore with its first-ever ala carte concept called Chef Wan’s Kitchen. I used to watch Chef Wan’s TV programme when I was a kid and he is a Malaysian star chef and a TV personality. This is not his first F&B venture in Singapore. Wrap & Roll is an international restaurant chain that serves classic Vietnamese cuisine. The brand itself is founded in Ho Chi Minh in 2006 has expanded the business in Vietnam and Australia as well. [SG EATS] The Halia At Singapore Botanic Gardens is Halal-Certified Restaurant Now!

Halia at Singapore Botanic Gardens is officially a Halal-certified restaurant as of June 2017. Although they have converted to halal restaurant, there are not many changes as a whole. The significant changes is that they no longer offering alcoholic drinks. Halia still serves modern European cuisine with Asian influences but made using ingredients that are sourced only from Halal-certified suppliers. [SG EATS] Ô Batignolles – French Restaurant At Telok Ayer

Few weeks ago I was invited for a tasting session at O Batignolles, which is located within a walking distance from Telok Ayer MRT station. The restaurant is a French restaurant and bar amidst the vibrant buzz of Club Street. I was there in on Monday evening after work and was surprised to see the restaurant was almost full house.
