Following the success of Man Man Unagi Japanese Restaurant at 1 Keong Saik Road, Chef Teppei Yamashita is opening 2nd outlet at Duo Galleria. If you have not heard of this Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, Man Man Japanese Unagi Restaurant is so famous that the average queue is at least an hour to two. The Japanese restaurant is a restaurant from Kanda, Tokyo and currently helmed by Japanese Chef Hara Shinji. The ingredients here are imported freshly every week from Japan. Aburiya & The Container Bar is a newly-opened restaurant and bar located at Boat Quay. The Container offers tapas and alcoholic drinks while Aburiya offers Japanese casual dining experience. So, why is it called The Container? The name comes from the shipping container Izakayas that Wagyu farmers in Hokkaido gathered regularly to chit chat over small Wagyu dishes and alcohol.
