Have you ever heard of Jingisukan? According to Wikipedia-Jingisukan (ジンギスカン, “Genghis Khan”) is a Japanese grilled mutton dish prepared on a convex metal skillet or other grill. The Japanese restaurant is a restaurant from Kanda, Tokyo and currently helmed by Japanese Chef Hara Shinji. The ingredients here are imported freshly every week from Japan. Yeah! You are right S$18.00 nett omakase from Ryo Sushi located at Tanjong Pagar. The restaurant has recently opened at Orchid Hotel and stating 24 hours operation. I was told that they will be operating 24 hours after they got enough manpower. So, what attracts me here is their opening special omakase 10-course meal at S$18.00 nett.
