[SG EATS] Man Man Japanese Unagi Restaurant – 2nd Outlet at Duo Galleria

Following the success of Man Man Unagi Japanese Restaurant at 1 Keong Saik Road, Chef Teppei Yamashita is opening 2nd outlet at Duo Galleria. If you have not heard of this Singapore Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, Man Man Japanese Unagi Restaurant is so famous that the average queue is at least an hour to two. [SG EATS] Hokkaido Ramen Santouka in Singapore

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is a Japanese ramen restaurant renowned for its Hokkaido-style ramen and pork cheek. My sister and I visited one of their outlets in Central, Clark Quay over the weekend to check out their new ramen menu. Apparently Santouka is one of the best ramen in Tokyo and Singapore based on the google reviews. The founder, Hitoshi Hatanaka opened his own ramen shop at Hokkaido in 1988. Kanda Wadatsumi located at Tras Street is few minutes walk away from Tanjong Pagar MRT Station. The Japanese restaurant is a restaurant from Kanda, Tokyo and currently helmed by Japanese Chef Hara Shinji. The ingredients here are imported freshly every week from Japan. They also make it a point to get ingredients from different Prefectures of Japan every month. Thus, you can expect surprises whenever you visit the restaurant. [SG EATS] Tamoya Udon At Liang Court Mall- New Hotpot Menu

Tamoya Udon located at Liang Court Mall offers different types of udon dishes. The brand has 31 outlets across Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore. This is my first time visiting the outlet even though I passed by whenever I am at Liang Court. Tamoya Udon was first established in 1996 by Chef Tamotsu Kurokawa, who was crowned the sanuki udon champion when he entered TV Champion, a reality cooking show in Japan.
