D.O.P Mozzarella Bar & Restaurant located Robertson Quay was opened in July 2016 by Luca Lannone. The restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine from southern Italian region of Campania. It is actually Luca’s hometown. I visited the restaurant last week courtesy of ChopeSG with a friend of mine. This is because most of the Japanese restaurants are usually by males. Lucky me! I managed to make a reservation a day before the dinner at 6pm. Kappou Sushi Tapas Bar is a 12-seater restaurant located at the second level of Fortune Centre. Helmed by Chef Aeron, the restaurant offers omakase in 3 pricing – S$68.00+ , S$98.00+ & S$128.00+. She was sharing that this is a hidden gem of Korean food stall that she is confident I will give a thumbs up after trying. Kim Dae Mun used to be a Korean food stall located at the food court of the former Le Meridien Hotel on Orchard Road. Soi Thai Soi Nice is a Thai hotpot restaurant with a list of Thai ala-carte dishes to explore. The interior design of the restaurant is exactly the same as Atmosphere Bistro if you are wondering.
