What to expect in Fugetsu?

The layer of cheese is a great compliment to this Osaka famous pancake. The cheese holds the ingredients well together and does not overpower the flavours.

How about the Waiting/ Serving Time?
The okonomiyaki takes around 20 minutes to be prepared. So, get some small bites like Tonpei-yaki, or the Fried Buta Kimchi. For something heavier, try the Omelet-Yakisoba.

The Tonpei-yaki (S$9.80++), is a pork omelette prepared in Osaka style. The dish is drizzled with teriyaki sauce and bonito flakes. The sauce was not too overpowering, instead, it was a great combination of the pork.
Tsuruhashi Fugetsu-Fried Buta Kimchi
The Fried Buta Kimchi (S$9.80++), is simply stir-fried pork with Kimchi. It acts as a great appetiser as the Kimchi tastes just right and warms up your taste buds.
Tsuruhashi Fugetsu-Omelet Yakisoba
If slices of pork are not your thing, try the Omelet Yakisoba ( S$13.80++). This dish is a union of fried egg noodles and pork, topped with a blanket of omelette. The texture of the noodles is springy and is a perfect match with the egg.
