Argh.

Lunch was as far as I got with clean eating.

I had whole wheat bread and ham sandwich for breakfast.

Salmon with Brocolli and Quinoa for lunch.

I forgot to take a picture of it.

And the rest is history…. In a bad way.

Chocolate for snacks.

Fried Chicken for Dinner.

Yes I am remorseful and my lunch is prepared.

Slice of Salmon. Fish meat with minced pork balls. Baby Spinach.

A snack of Edamame probably enough to last me for two days.photo 5
