It has been two months since I started on an exercise routine with Jenn and the results are slowly starting to show.

But exercising is just one side of the story.

We didn’t quite scrutinize the food we have on our plates nor the drinks that we quench our thirsts with.

We both felt that we have hit a plateau in our routine and needed to start looking into the food that we eat so that we would be able to get rid of our stubborn fats!

We started on the diet and I have been sharing my daily meals on instagram.

My Internet connection should be up and running by the end of this week and I will be able to share in more details on the exercise and diet that we have adopted. 🙂

I will be going for a hike at Bukit Timah Natures Reserve & a BBQ dinner tomorrow.
