Hello friends! I’m back with another collaboration post with my close friend, Cassandra of @cassandratanmonde on IG. We’ve done a similar project before, putting our personal touch and individual styles to the test with a flannel each! Here’s mine if you haven’t read it yet. This time, we decided to work with graphic tops.
I remember walking into Cotton On almost half a year ago and this cute graphic tee caught my eye. The prints made me want to whisk myself away on a sunny holiday, complete with palm trees, boom boxes and sparkles – so duh, I had to have it. Here you see me pairing it with a high waisted navy skirt with an asymmetrical hem line, my favourite pair of Charles & Keith black boots and a groovy pair of purple/pink shades.
It was a Sunday and that meant that I should dress myself in something more relaxed and casual. I love how the prints give my overall look the breath of life. The navy skirt creates a stark contrast to place even more emphasis on the details of my top! Of course, let’s not forget how a good, healthy looking head of hair can complete ANY look. Thanks Xavier for always treating my hair right!
Now that you’ve seen my twist on things, hop on over to Cass’s blog and see how she styled hers! Funnily enough, we kinda traded styles for the day. I left my usual edgy cool girl vibes behind and opted for something sweeter, which is usually up Cass’s alley. So go go go – see how she takes on street style!
