How many of you actually do anti-aging ??? Do you know that it is important for us to keep our skin
youthful even though we are still too young to even talk about aging ??? It’s always best to maintain your skin
first , then to deal with aging and sagging skin later right ??? Like the old saying , prevention is always better than cure (;
Just to share with you guys , i’m currently trying out this “Time defiance” Cleanser …
I don’t want to use an anti-aging Toner/Moisturizer/serum for my skin YET. Why i think cleanser is okay ???
Because you don’t leave it on your skin … At least i DID maintain my skin looking youthful with something right ?
Some tips i found online on how to maintain youthfulness.
1) EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THIS – A HEALTHY DIET
Eg: Salmon , vegetable , fruits , olives , sunflower seeds , egg yolks ,
food that are high in Omega 3/6 fatty acids and Vitamin C
2) DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
Eg: Fruit juices , herbal tea other than just normal water helps alot on hydrating your body too
3) DON’T GO UNDER THE SUN TOO OFTEN!
The sun will cause wrinkles on your skin , just so you know. You need abit of sun for Vitamin D
BUT too much sun exposure , will wrinkle your skin/cause pigmentation or worse , skin cancer!
4) USE ORGANIC PRODUCTS
Some skin care products actually contains harmful chemicals to your skin if use for long term.
