In a blink of an eye, Christmas Day is over and I now, welcome the Boxing Day sale with arms wide open. It’s also a good thing that most companies would have already credited the salaries into their staffs’ accounts. So let the mad shopping begin.
Looking back, I guess Christmas was a small, quiet private affair for me. No jostling with the mad crowd at town or counting down in a club where one has to compete with the hundreds enclosed for oxygen. And still, it was time well-spent. I had managed to resist unwrapping my presents till today.
Seems like the economy is going well for my fellow co-workers because I received quite a number of presents.
Presents from co-workers & dear friends
Candy Galore
Though they ain’t anything big, expensive or fanciful but its the thought that counts and that’s what matters most. I also got lucky during the office gift exchange, the person who picked my name gave me a Dior cosmetic travel kit!!
That was freakin’ awesome!! I love it so much, thank you Secret Santa!
And today, after I unwrapped all of the gifts… 70% of the stuff were beauty-related, haha, that’s really sweet of the givers.
Also got my fav Rilakkuma bear merchandise too!
Ok, this would be a short entry and I’ll be back with an update on my Xmas coy dinner at a Spanish restaurant, complete with some cam-horing photos. Enjoy boxing day y’all!
