[Review] Mozzieguard 100% Natural Lemon Eucalyptus Oil Repellent Patch

So Kaiser Pharmaceutical has a new product which is really handy for the mozzie season now. It has been raining almost everyday and I am pretty sure those aedes mosquitoes would be showing up pretty soon. These are the Mozzieguard 100% Natural Lemon Eucalyptus Oil Repellent Patches which comes in packs of 10 individually packed patches in a resealable zip packet.

Mozzieguard 100% Natural Lemon Eucalyptus Oil Repellent Patch

Unlike most repellent patches currently available in the market which uses citronella or other oils, the Mozzieguard uses 100% natural lemon eucalyptus oil which is according to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention an effective mosquito repellent on par with DEET repellents. It is also DEET-free, making it safe for infants and young children.

Well, I think we brought it out to its ultimate test field. And that would be the Night Safari after a rainy afternoon! So how did it fare? Read on to find out.

Safra Yishun unveiled a pirate themed kids’ pool recently. It has added a nice touch to the previously bare swimming pool. The play area however is rather small but I doubt that the kids would mind at all.

My son is a big fan of bouncy castles so when I spotted this event online, I wasted no time in buying the tickets way before the launch. Thanks to Passion card, we managed to get 20% off which was cheaper than the group discount too. So the countdown begun and finally it was our excursion day! We were blessed with great weather today and had so much fun under the sun.

Encouraging Independent Play

Like most preschoolers, my son enjoys his play time especially through role-playing and imaginative scenarios. We have all the right toys in our home to create such an environment. What he lacked though was a playmate as he is the only child. Guilty about not giving him a sibling and being a working mother who could not spend as much time with him. I tried to make it up by being his favourite playmate. The pressure to continuously keep him entertained evening after evening finally took its toll one night. I felt like I had lost myself, having deprived myself of personal time because of my guilt. That was when I decided that he had to learn to play alone.
