Watch out for The Body Shop’s Vitamin E Cool BB Cream coming up on 18th April. This isn’t a new product but a repackaged of the previous Vitamin E tinted moisturiser.
Not a new product but it’s still something new to me. This is my first time using it. I’m glad to learn that The Bodyshop’s Vitamin E Cool BB Cream is more of a skincare than a makeup product because of the Vitamin E ingredient! The key ingredient in this product is Wheatgerm Oil, which is antioxidant and nature’s richest source of Vitamin E.
So applying it on not only gives the skin a more even tone but also hydrates the skin at the same time. It has a very creamy texture and goes on smoothly on the skin. It’s coverage is pretty light so it’s good if you are into a more nature, sheer look. Alternatively, if you are burdened with panda eyes like me, you could use a concealer separately for places you need additional coverage. It comes in 1 shade only and though it appears rather dark, it actually blends to suit your skin tone.
In addition, The Body Shop are still garnering for pledges to call for a global ban in animal testing, so do help us support our cause!
The EU Ban on animal testing was just implemented last 11 March. This is after The Body Shop 20 years of campaigning with NGO partner Cruelty-free International. This means that any new products that is imported or made in Europe are not supposed to have even the ingredients tested on animals. But this is just a small milestone for us. We are now moving to something bigger – calling for a global ban!
Sign the pledge in any of The Body Shop stores or online: www.crueltyinternational.org/globalpledge The Body Shop has pledged to clean up an animal shelter when we have 10,000 pledges garnered locally.
